Training delivered remotely
Our webinar sessions are interactive and engaging. Each session is 1 hour long for up to 25 attendees.
The topics we currently offer are:
We talk a lot about burnout, but what does it actually mean and how can we switch off and relax?
This session will give you some practical tips and techniques to take away.
Connecting is one of the five ways to wellbeing and it’s so important to us, but the past year has
changed what, how and who we connect with, we’ll take some time to look at this and how we
want to connect in the future.
Thriving in times of uncertainty
We’re all feeling differently about restrictions easing, going back into the office and getting back
to the things we used to do without a second thought. In this session we look at how we react to
change and some techniques and tools to help us deal with it in a positive way.
This session is a chance to reflect on the past year, with a focus on holding on to positive changes
as we move forward
As the nights draw in and the days get colder some of us may notice a drop in our wellbeing.
During this session we’ll work though a winter toolkit – some timely reminders, tips and
techniques to look after your mental wellbeing over the winter months.
During uncertain times, all of us feel differently and cope in different ways. This hour long session
will discuss what Mental Health and Wellbeing is and why they are important in our daily lives.
We’ll explore ways to take control of your own personal Mental Health and Wellbeing with you
having the chance to share what works for you. You’ll leave the session with practical tools and
techniques to help you stay in control.
Many of us struggle to get a good night’s sleep, would you like to improve your sleep? If the
answer is ‘Yes!’ this session is perfect for you! Join us for an hour long session which will examine
sleep problems and science behind them. We’ll help you to understand sleep and why it’s so
important. We’ll also give you some practical relaxation techniques and tips to help you sleep
better.
‘Mindfulness’ is a term most of us has heard of but many of us don’t really know what it actually
means. This hour long sessions will challenge the misconceptions of what mindfulness is and
how it can help us. We’ll explore some simple techniques that can be used in everyday life to
promote your mindfulness and awareness of your own mental health.
Building Resilience to cope with stress
In this hour long session we will look at stress, its triggers and the power of resilience. We’ll
help you understand the science behind why resilience is important. We’ll also explore some
practical tips for how to build your own resilience and you’ll take away a personal action plan
A jam-packed session that will give you a quick run-through of the more common mental health
problems to help you develop a better understanding of them, whilst also giving you tips on how
to support yourself and others.
Slightly longer webinar sessions
We found it hard to squeeze the content into an hour, so these sessions run for a bit longer
During this session we’ll focus on anxiety, what it is and what it feels like. We’ll spend most of
the session exploring tried and tested tips and techniques, giving you practical tools to manage
anxiety.
1.5 hours, for up to 25 attendees
This interactive and engaging session explores the five ways to wellbeing. We’ll discuss early
warning signs and how you can help others. However, the majority of the session focuses on the
five ways to wellbeing. You’ll leave the session with ideas and techniques to enhance resilience
and mental wellbeing.
2 hours, for up to 25 attendees

Other Training
These sessions can be delivered remotely or face to face. We currently offer:
Aimed at line managers, this course increases confidence around talking about Mental
Health and Wellbeing at work. We’ll identify the key management behaviours that support
staff to be open about their mental health and practical ways to help them.
This session runs for 3 hours 15 minutes, including breaks. For up to 16 attendees
This session aims to give understanding of mental health and wellbeing. We’ll look at more
common mental health diagnoses and treatment, to help attendees understand how
someone experiencing mental ill health might feel. We’ll also examine ways of maintaining
our own mental health and wellbeing.
This is a four hour training course (including breaks), we recommend delivered in 2x 2 hr
sections. For up to 16 attendees
During this training we’ll help you to recognise potential factors that may lead to suicidal
thoughts. You’ll also be able to begin a conversation about suicide and signpost to
appropriate support. We’ll also cover the importance of taking care of your own wellbeing.
This session runs for 3 hours 15 minutes, including breaks. For up to 16 attendees
Courses for a Specific Audiennce
A 2.5 hour workshop designed to give coaches, volunteers, sport administrators and front-of-house staff the confidence to support people with experience of mental health problems to be more active.
Session for up to 25 attendees
Aimed at University and College staff to help identify the signs, symptoms
and triggers of mental ill health in students and how best to support them
whilst maintaining your own mental wellbeing. This session will give
attendees practical tools and signpost to relevant resources within your
organisation and/or local and national services that can help support
students.
This course can be delivered in multiple ways:
Face to face = 1 x 3.5hrs
Remote training – 1 x 3.5hrs or 2 x 1.45hrs sessions
