"There are so many reasons why someone may want to seek help. Most of us at some point in our lives experience challenges; be it anger management, crippling anxiety, struggles with relationships, work or study stress, chronic illness feeling down or just not feeling that we are enjoying life as we would like to, or we know we could.I know it can feel overwhelming to contact a therapist and admit to someone that you may need support, however, it is never too late to ask for help and for many it is the hardest element yet its proof you are ready for change.I offer one to one support in a safe confidential space, here without being judged you can gently explore your concerns at a speed which is right for you; If desired, empower you to have healthy strategies for the life ahead of you. Or you may just want to sit, reflect and explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings, this alone can be really beneficial for your wellbeing. I have experience working in areas such as bereavement, domestic abuse (all genders) and hate crime to name a few. Which enables me to work across a wide field of issues such as anger, anxiety, chronic illness, confusion, habit changing, guilt, phobias, self-esteem and trauma."
