Bio

"I first started learning about psychology and graduated with distinction when I was in my 20s from a French University. But it took many years for me to actually decide to work as a counsellor. I felt I didn't have the life experience that I needed to understand others. It was only in my 50's that I graduated as an integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. For me it is very important for my clients to understand how they find themselves in turmoil but it is even more important to tailor the counselling in a way that is as unique as they are. This to allow them to find their way through as soon as possible. I am solution centered therefore for me that is what counselling is about, finding a better way to be that allows us to live a more fulfilling and happy life. It is about increasing our resilience, learn to improve and maintain our mental health. helping each person finding what works well for them is what really motivates me after of course stopping anything that might bring pain and suffering.
