"I know it can be daunting making the decision to sign up to something like this, but well done for taking that first step to help improve your situation. Having a level of self-awareness and understanding the roots of why we are the way we are is so important in helping us to move forward positively in our lives. I have a degree in Psychology and Communications and many years' experience of helping clients with a wide range of issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, relationships, coping with grief and loss, addiction, motivation and self-esteem. Having an integrative approach, I am able to combine different elements of counselling such as CBT, REBT, Existential and Psychodynamic modailities, tailored to fit your individual needsMy approach to counselling is quite informal and I will provide a safe and completely confidential space for you to talk through the issues affecting you. I can help you to sort through the difficulties you are facing by working collaboratively with you, guiding you on the pathway to where you would like to be in your life. By focusing on your strengths and understanding any underlying negative thoughts and feelings that may be affecting you, I can support you to progress constructively, removing the obstacles that are preventing you from having a better time of things and leading a more fulfilling existence.I look forward to meeting you and helping you along your pathway in life."
