"I am here for you. I understand the busy demands of day-to-day life and know how challenging it can be to find space for self-care. My services are based on the premise, that you are the expert in knowing yourself; I’m simply here to guide you in the process. As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, I am qualified to deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions working across all ages.I am also qualified as a Yoga Teacher. I believe in working holistically through Mind (CBT) and Body (yoga/mindfulness) in a therapeutic setting to help you develop your own coping skills. I believe this is what helps you to develop a feeling of safety and connection with your mind and body.I know how challenging it can be to reach out for support. I understand how anxiety provoking speaking to someone you don't know can be. I would like to make the process as easy as possible for you. I offer a free initial consultation where we can discuss some of the things that have been difficult for you and see how I can support you."
