"I am genuine, warm, open, caring, compassionate, honest and non-judgemental. I understand how daunting it can be to take that first huge step to seek counselling and therapy, but once we meet, I hope to alleviate your fears and anxiety by putting you at ease so that you will feel that you are in a safe place where you will be heard. As a Counsellor I am experienced in helping clients who are having difficulties and concerns including:- Depression - Anxiety - Stress - Panic Attacks - Low Self-Esteem - Loneliness - Isolation - Lack of Self Confidence - Gender Confusion - Work, School, College or University Worries - Marital, Relationship or Family Difficulties - Loss - Abuse - Worry - Bereavement - Bullying - Post-Natal Depression - Menopausal Symptoms If you are feeling isolated and alone in your thoughts it may help to reach out to a Counsellor.
